Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility Criteria

We will replace products or process a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been damaged in transit.

  • The product is found to be expired at the time of delivery.

  • The products received do not match the order placed (wrong item delivered).

  • There is an inherent manufacturing defect with the packet.

Timeline & Mandatory Requirements

  • Timeframe: You must raise a complaint within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Proof of Damage/Issue: To process your request and share feedback with our production team, it is mandatory to share clear images of the damaged, incorrect, or defective items along with your proof of purchase/order information.

  • Condition: The buyer shall be entitled to a solution only if the product is returned in its original condition. The process will be finalized after we receive or verify the condition of the items.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • No Consumer Cancellations: An order cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully processed on the payment gateway or dispatched from our facility. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

3. Failed Delivery & Non-Refundable Scenarios

A buyer is not eligible for a refund or a free replacement if the delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

  • The buyer provides an incorrect or insufficient delivery address.

  • The recipient is not available at the time and place of delivery (address found locked).

  • The buyer refuses to accept the delivered package for any reason.

Re-shipping Charges

If a delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to any of the user-end reasons mentioned above, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be entertained. If you request the package to be re-shipped to a corrected address or at a different time, an extra delivery charge will be applicable for re-shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

In instances where a financial refund is approved by our team (rather than a product replacement), the eligible refund amount shall be credited back to the buyer's original payment method within 4-5 business days.
